+Nichita Costea You can remove the back. I think that’s why it’s plastic.
Works better with plastic.

+Nessie Jr i find them ugly they are kind of square i mean when you look at
them from the top so its not as comfortable in the hand as the lg or
samsungs are

+Noah LaMarca I love freedom on a device, like Android phones provide but I
also love the design and the simplicity of iOS. iPhones are overpriced
though so I always go for Android. 🙂

The lg g2 is not even compared to s2 camera at low light or at night the
worst phone I ever bought the camera is horrible blury lagy

From using both of these as daily drivers, I found the S4 to be better
overall when everything is kept as it is, while I found the G2 better after
rooting and modding. Problems with the unmodded G2 is that the oversized
on-screen buttons and unadjusted UI scaling give you no benefit from having
the larger screen. The S4 has more true screen real estate in practice.
Shrinking or auto-hiding the on-screen buttons and lowering dpi solves
this. S4 battery life is worse, but better when using a backup battery in
external charger (= practically infinite battery life). The LG camera badly
needs a mod that increases the shutter speed; out of the box it’s extremely
laggy, even if considerably sharper than the S4’s and optically stabilized.
Both have oppressive UI skins, but I found Samsung’s to be slightly more
feature rich. Modding in split screen dual app functionality tilts things
in LG’s favor, but it might be possible on the S4 too. One major and not
well known con of the G2 is its sub par touch input lag, which the S4
doesn’t suffer from (this has been measured and the difference is
noticeable), thus making the performance of the S4 feel better despite a
theoretically weaker SOC. SD card slot on the S4 is an invaluable asset and
the 32GB G2 loses the pricing battle from the S4. One thing stands out: the
Note 3 is miles ahead of both of these.

other things: screen is a matter of preference. The S4 does not have a
screen mode with accurate colors like modern samsungs, so the oversaturated
stuff is all you get. LG’s calibration is measurably not accurate either
(i.e. highly oversaturated), but it’s white point is less far off as far as
I could tell. Contrast is better (perfect) on the S4 while brightness is
great on the G2. On another note: while the G2’s size footprint looks
similar to the S4’s, the difference in weight and thickness does make the
S4 feel much more compact.

This review was quiet biased. The Galaxy S4 i9500 is a bit better than the
one you reviewed.

If you get the Korean version of the LG G2 it has a removable battery with
a removable battery and a sd card expansion slot.
